TERMS OF PURCHASE AND REFUND POLICY

XBRIDER, Iryna Stasiuk Consulting, and their affiliated brands (hereinafter referred to as “XBRIDER,” “The Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) stand behind all of our products, and your satisfaction is very important to us. Any and all purchases made from us (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, and live event on-site purchases) are covered by the following policies.
This policy applies to purchases made on our websites, xbrider.com and irynastasiuk.com.
At XBRIDER, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made.
Consulting Services
Payment is required upfront for consulting services. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Courses and Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including online courses and downloadable content, are non-refundable. We recommend you thoroughly review the course descriptions and preview materials before making a purchase.
Live Events and Workshops
Tickets for live events and workshops are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at least 14 days before the event. We reserve the right to change the date, venue, or speakers for any event, but will make every effort to notify attendees of such changes.
Physical Products
For any physical products sold, such as books or merchandise, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is in new condition and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund at our discretion. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us at hi@xbrider.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your purchase details and the reason for your refund request.
